People & Culture Manager

Location: Vienna (possibly Stockholm or Belfast)
Responsibilities:
You will form part of the Global People & Culture team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of People & Culture in Stockholm while supporting and working closely with one of our Business Group SVP:s for ex UK, India, US, Canada and Croatia
You will be supporting the organization with:
Business Partnering: Support the SVP and managers with both ad-hoc questions and yearly recurring People processes. Collaborate closely with managers and employees to identify and drive improvement work to secure a great place to work.
Strategic improvements: Lead or support initiatives to enhance our global People & Culture practice. From talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee development.
Employee experience: Enhance the employee experience across multiple countries and be responsible for Attraction, Recruitment and Onboarding, Development and Offboarding. Prepare employment contracts, amendments, work certificate etc.
Compensation & benefits: You will oversee and advice in terms of compensation questions. At times analyze salary data to determine competitive compensation.
Compliance: Responsible for local/country people policies and processes (complying with laws and regulations). Maintain high quality standards for people data.
Continuous Learning and Development: Together with the organization analyze the learning needs and determine what solution best meets the needs to close gaps. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR or People & Culture area in a global or multi-national environment.
- Good project management skills and interest in strategic improvements.
- Experience from strategic and operative HR Business Partner work in several countries
- Experience from working with a multitude of countries and cultures and understanding of engineering or technical teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
