Responsibilities:
As a Professional Services Consultant with our EMEA Global Services team, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead customer implementations in the fast-paced mobile data field. Your expertise will be key to managing tasks, gathering insights, and ensuring projects are executed flawlessly, from start to finish. You’ll play an integral role in software implementations, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Professional Services Projects: Take the lead in implementing Enea’s cutting- edge Traffic Management Software Solutions at customer sites across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with travel flexibility (estimated 30-50%).
- Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with diverse teams across Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales to ensure smooth project execution, sharing your insights to help the team thrive together.
- Problem Solving & Support: Use your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve project issues, collaborating with team members to find the best solutions and keep projects on track.
- Ongoing Learning & Growth: Continuously build your technical knowledge of Enea’s Traffic Management software and stay at the forefront of key technologies like OS, Networking, and Virtualization.
- Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Share your expertise with peers, contribute to post-project analysis, and foster an environment of ongoing learning and growth within the team.
- Drive Project Success: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field – We value your educational background and the knowledge you bring to the table!
- Experience in Linux systems administration (CentOS/RedHat) with a focus on high availability – If you enjoy working with stable and scalable systems, this is for you.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals – You’ll use your expertise to design and troubleshoot networks, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools – If you love solving complex issues and improving systems, you’ll enjoy this aspect of the role.
- Scripting skills (Shell, Perl, Python, etc.) – You have the ability to automate tasks and create efficient solutions.
- Familiarity with Server Virtualization and Containerization technologies (Openstack, VMware, Kubernetes, OpenShift) – perfect for someone eager to expand their expertise in cutting-edge technologies and drive innovation.
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) – If you enjoy working with diverse teams and clients across the region, this role offers exciting travel opportunities!
