Role overview
As Accountant at Group Finance, you will be ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis activities. The Accountant is responsible for managing accounting for the Parent Company, salaries and pension administration for Swedish employees and system administration in Enea Group ERP NetSuite. The role is part of a team of four and report to Head of Group Financial Control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Maintaining general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes as well as managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the parent company and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Intercompany: Responsible for reviewing intercompany transactions, balances and reconciliations within the group.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file income tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations. Prepare and file Tax Declaration (VAT, Employees Taxes, Social Security Contributions).
- Audit and Compliance: Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Payroll and Pensions: Oversee and secure correct salaries, including providing external firm with supporting information and reviewing outcome, and administration of pensions.

NetSuite System Administrator: Oversee and manage master chart of accounts, users and user rights etc.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA is a plus).
- Proven experience as Accountant. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience from parent company and group accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferably experience from payroll administration and pension administration or a willingness and capability to learn
- Experience from working in ERP as system administrator, NetSuite would be a merit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including fluent in Swedish and very good knowledge in English
